1. Use License

NaviVortex grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial simulation and educational purposes only.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use NaviVortex to plan illegal flight activities, violate local drone regulations, or reverse-engineer the application's source code. Any attempt to scrape data or disrupt the service is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Accuracy

The mission logs, fuel calculations, and terrain data are provided "as-is." NaviVortex is not responsible for any real-world operational errors based on the output of this software.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the application for users who violate these terms.
